Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Billing" section in your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for usage-based "Pay As You Go" credits once they have been partially used.
